Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using various recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the respective hiring managers.
- Assisting in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining process.
- Maintaining candidate records and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Developing and maintaining a strong network of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Assisting in other HR-related tasks as required.
