We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Field Executive to join our team. The Field Executive will be responsible for representing the company, engaging with clients, and promoting our products/services in designated areas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients in assigned regions
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or visits
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a specified time frame
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales results
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
