Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and conducive to productivity.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
